We prioritize community involvement through our dedicated initiatives, such as Volunteer Days, where we offer our employees the opportunity to do 10 hours of paid volunteer work in their local community. We also participate in targeted activities to encourage local people!

This includes encouraging responsible practices related to waste management, electricity consumption, the use of raw materials, and other resources, especially those that are non-renewable.
Additionally, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by offering employees the option to work from home. This initiative not only improves work-life balance but also significantly reduces the need for daily commuting, resulting in a substantial decrease in carbon emissions.
When employees need to travel for work, we strongly encourage the use of public transportation. As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we cover public transportation costs for our employees, encouraging them to choose more eco-friendly travel alternatives.
